What It's Like Working With SCL
It’s a pow day, where is everyone?!
It is hard to live in a beautiful place without finding a balance. As SCL we want all staff to find time for personal exploration, encourage ongoing training and peer learning, and a fulfilling life both at work and outside of work.
As a small boutique firm, there are certainly some long days… our clients are our focus, but we connect regularly to ensure a balance is being met.
SCL seeks staff who are kind, energetic, collaborative and have a deep interest in how human changes to the landscape intersects with the natural world we aim to protect through existing laws and creativity. We aim to help our clients move their project forward to an end goal that balances project objectives with legal and best management requirements.
